How this works

Mandatory registration applies when taxable supplies and imports over the previous 12 months exceed AED 375,000, or are expected to exceed it in the next 30 days. These are two separate tests, not one combined total.
Voluntary registration may be available above AED 187,500 of taxable supplies and imports, or of taxable expenses, tested separately.
Taxable supplies include standard-rated and zero-rated sales. Exempt supplies are left out.
