Could some of your transactions fall in an excluded category?The Ministry lists specific exclusions; a scope review confirms them.
What should you prepare?
Have you listed which sales are to businesses or government, including recharges?
Do you know what your invoicing system can export: fields, formats and credit notes?
Do customer records hold the buyer details e-invoices need, such as TRN, legal name and address?
Is there a documented process for credit notes, corrections and cancellations?
Is one named person responsible for preparation and testing?
Have you shortlisted accredited service providers (ASPs)?
What will these quotes actually cost?
